All Lēaf salads contain 100% British produce, grown using renewable energy sources and produced using 90% less water compared to traditional farming methods. Allowing us to provide customers with food that contributes to a healthier planet.  Our pea shoot mix is a delightful combination of textures and flavours. Incorporation of delicate and vibrant pea shoots offer a mild, sweet flavor reminiscent of fresh peas, with a subtle hint of nuttiness. Our green lettuce leaves form a sweet and crisp base, while Red Mizuna leaves, a mustard green family member, are a delicate and flavourful leafy green which adds a touch of depth and pop of colour. The unique inclusion of Bull's Blood offers a delightful surprise in every bite with its subtly sweet and earthy notes.
