All Lēaf salads contain 100% British produce, grown using renewable energy sources and produced using 90% less water compared to traditional farming methods. Our variety of baby lettuce leaves form a sweet and crisp base, while Komatsuna adds a touch of umami depth. The unique inclusion of Bull's Blood offers a delightful surprise in every bite with its subtly sweet and earthy notes. And Red Mizuna brings a peppery kick with a touch of sweetness and earthiness, adding another layer of flavour to the mix.
