Gari is made from cassava tubers which have been processed to make them just
right for cooking. Very popular across Africa, Gari is used as an accompaniment
to an array or everyday meals including vegetable and meat stews and soups. It
offers a dough and bread like feel when prepared and is a wonderfully authentic
way to tropicalise your food.
