43% less salt than Kikkoman's famed regular soy sauce. Made with only natural
ingredients - water, soybeans, wheat, salt, spirit vinegar, ethyl alcohol &
sugar - and no additives whatsoever.
It takes several months to make in a special process resulting that reduces the
salt content but retains all the great umami taste.
Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce is the essential store-cupboard ingredient. Use as
a cooking sauce for stir-fries, stews and shepherds pie, or as a condiment to
add a final flourish to soups, salad dressings and sushi.
Kikkoman is very different to other types of soy sauce because it's especially
rich in umami - a little goes a long way, so this bottle represents great value
for money. You can use this to refill the iconic 150ml Kikkoman Less Salt
"dispenser" bottle with the green cap if wished. It's exactly the same sauce
