We are continuing with the legacy that D. Carlos Falcó pursued for Marqués de Griñón and we took a chance on the Monastrell grape for the elaboration of this organic Cava, following the traditional or champenoise method. La Vie En Rose represents a lifestyle, the same one the Marqués de Griñón practiced to pursue life in a positive way. This wine is a tribute to D. Carlos Falcó, to his way of being and his lifestyle, in the pure style of "La Vie en Rose".
