Casarecce pasta is shaped like a very narrow, twisted and rolled tube, and whose
name means `homemade', and is best served with a chunky sauce.

Garofalo pasta is formed through a bronze die, this method allows a little
friction on the surface of the pasta, which becomes slightly rough and porous
