Our Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred
ex Bourbon American oak. It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla , a small
town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside.
We choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of
Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land , encapsulated in the
liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging.
These specially selected casks combined with expert liquid finishing, deliver a
rich and complex flavour to our Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.
