This sorbetto is made with an intense Belgian dark chocolate. It's smoother than
a freshly shelled conker and rich enough to own its own yacht.

'There are many Hackney Gelato flavours I could nominate for a
special place in my aisle, but this one has been my enduring
favourite. If you have eaten only chocolate ice cream, and
never chocolate sorbet, this will be a revelation: smooth, dark,
with just the right amount of bitterness, it is nothing short of
sensational. That it is also vegan-friendly is just another of its
virtues. If you’re not vegan, however, I can also recommend it
with a thick draping of double cream, though it certainly doesn’t
