A delicious alternative latte created using beetroot juice powder with a hint of warming ginger.  It has a base of coconut milk powder and is sweetened with a little raw crystallised coconut nectar, and makes a frothy, warming and comforting drink.  Made quickly and simply by adding water, you can take and make it anywhere.
