Our Crostini are a labour of love, starting life as a loaf in its own right.
After a day spent baking Filone bread from scratch, on day two, they are sliced
and drizzled with chilli-infused oil and baked again until light and crisp.
Unbeatable with early evening drinks or crumbled and scattered on salads and
soups.
