Sustainable MSC Cornish skin on hake portions. Caught by gill net off the coast
of Cornwall, Cornish hake is one of the jewels of the Cornish catch. The flesh
is quite soft but firms up during cooking and is a great Cornish alternative to
cod. Two portions of skin on hake, quick to cook and delicious. Pan fry for 5-8
minutes and enjoy.
