Co-operative in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, in conditions about as perfect as you
can get. A high altitude - over 1,500 meters - fertile soil, and glorious
sunshine. A great lazy afternoon or after-dinner coffee.
Notes of dark chocolate and juicy red grape.
We hand-roast our coffee in small batches to develop delicious flavour and aroma
for each individual coffee.
