Our pasta is made using traditional Italian methods, in the Dolomite region of
Northern Italy. By simply blending organic durum wheat and alpine water, then
extruding through bronze dies, we create a pasta that has the perfect texture
for sauces to stick to. Best enjoyed al dente with one of our Biona Organic
pasta sauces.
