This Italian sweet festive bread is made to a traditional recipe in the Di
Gennaro family-run bakery in Fossano, using their unique sour-mother dough that
dates back more than 50 years.
Each panettone is allowed to prove, bake and cool slowly over 40 hours to create
an elegantly light and fluffy sweet bread.
